Pastor Cecil & Barbara Robinson are natives of Fort Myers Florida. They were married on the 21st of December, 1979. They have four children Terry, Laticia, Isaiah and Lydia.

Pastor Cecil Robinson entered the United States Army on August 19, 1980 as an Infantry man and his assignment were at Fort Lewis, Washington; Illeshiem Germany; Fort Sill, OK; Fort Polk, LA.; Frankfurt, Germany; Fort Stewart, GA; Schofield, Hawaii; and Pittsburg, PA. Pastor Cecil Robinson has spent over 20 years in the military serving in a variety of key leadership positions. He retired from the military in January 2001 as Communication Chief at Fort Stewart, Georgia. They both have been preaching and teaching the gospel since August of 1988. They have served in the church in all capacities, from usher to pastor and their integrity is without question. Pastor Cecil Robinson is currently attending the University Phoenix majoring in business. He was called and given a vision for the Hinesville House of Refuge in December of 1997 and has no other desire but to see the will of the Father completed in all phases. They both have been taught and trained in all aspects of ministry and ensures that every leader under their leadership are fully equipped to carry out ministry effectively.
Our goal and desire is to see the people of God living a strong and fulfilled life, while totally depending on the word of God. Teaching God's people is one of the many tools we use in accomplinshing that, while demonstrating how to live a productive and dedicated life of integrity while leading God's people. Ensuring that we challenge each believer to accept the total responsibility for hearing, understanding and applying, God's word in their day to day walk of faith .
