Our brother(s) and/or sister(s) in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We pray that this letter find you in position to take full advantage of the opportunity that is set before you. Most people fail to act when an opportunity is given for them to make a difference in the world. We pray that you will take full advanage of every opportunity that God exposes you to.
This ministry was founded and established by Pastors Cecil and Barbara Robinson and has been chosen by God to set the Captives free both physically and spiritually. By you accepting your portion into this ministry as a partner or citizen, only reveals that God has more work to do through it. The vision that God has given to us as the leaders of Refuge will out live us.
We now pray that as you continue to grow in becoming a vital part of this ministry, we ask that you seek God for your portion in the vision for you and your family.
We truly believe that everyone has a vital portion in Refuge. On behalf of Pastors Cecil & Barbara Robinson and the Refuge congregation, we joyfully welcome you into our family and pray that you will feel welcome at all time
Now we believe in saying one thing in this place,
”Whom the Son Set Free, Is Free Indeed.”
